Currency
All prices quoted and financial transactions are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices can change due to currency fluctuations.
Purchases
Purchases made via the Easyrider Imports and Distributors website must be paid for (and confirmed) in full before shipping.
Payment Methods
All orders must be paid for by WIRE TRANSFER before ordering from supplier.
We will confirm method of freight required and advise freight amounts. All bank fees for wire transfer must be paid by the customer. We will provide all bank details with confirmation of the order. All goods must be paid for in Australian Dollars. Goods cannot be shipped until funds are confirmed to be in our account. An order number will be used as reference.
Shipping and returns
Please note that freight to and from Easyrider Imports and Distributors is to be paid for by the customer. This includes returns or exchanges unless an error has been made by Easyrider Imports and Distributors.
Shipping Costs
All items are shipped by Australia Post. Charges are calculated on the weight and dimensions of the products, and the destination.
Returns and refunds
Please note that as these products are ordered especially for your motorbike, we are unable to offer a refund should you change your mind.
When a refund is granted, it is in terms of credit and not a cash refund.
Easyrider Imports and Distributors are not held liable for the activities or forthcomings of the business that supplies the original product. Easyrider Imports and Distributors are not held liable where goods are unable to be supplied (paid or ordered) where it is at no fault of Easyrider Imports and Distributors and no refund will be provided.
Warranty / Disclaimer
All our products are new fine quality items and carry the manufacturers warranty. Easyrider Imports and Distributors or employees or affiliates associated with Easyrider Imports and Distributors will not be responsible for any damage or claims associated with the incorrect fitment or misuse of any product purchased. It is a condition of purchase from Easyrider Imports and Distributors that you have read these terms and conditions and in doing so signify your acceptance of said conditions. We reserve the right to change, delete, modify, add or delete portions of these terms and conditions and recommend you check for any changes before each purchase.
